My name is Ivan Danilov
I have a strong passion for nature and the outdoors, which stems from growing up in the Kazakhstan mountain range. Whenever my parents moved to a new country, it was always important to us to be close to the mountains. Being connected to nature is an essential part of my life, which is why I ended up in beautiful Alberta, Canada. Here, I have been able to enhance my skills in winter and summer sports, camping, hunting, and overlanding, Hello Adventures team are engineering and using its own gear as Mobile Saunas/Slavic Banyas, custom Ice shelters and all needed gear for any adventures planned.
I especially enjoy sharing Slavic Banya ceremonies (mobile hot tent sauna) with people because it has a rich history that spans many generations within my family. As I reflect on my journey, I am grateful to have inherited this sacred knowledge from my ancestors and to be able to pass it on to future generations. Through this practice, I have come to appreciate the profound connection with Mother Earth that is forged when bare feet touch the earth while sitting around an open wood fire. I am honoured to pay forward the gift of ancestral knowledge and genetic memory that has helped me connect more deeply with myself and the world around me.
I am excited to explore and experience all that Canada has to offer, and I don't want to keep my talents, gifts, and knowledge just to myself. That's why I created Hello Adventures to connect with like-minded individuals and share our experiences together.

FAQ
1) What is Banya/Sauna and why its different from other saunas -
The sauna, or banya as it is known in Slavic countries, has been around for centuries and has been used to promote health and wellbeing. The word "banya" is derived from a Slavic word meaning "steam bath." This ancient tradition involves heating a small wooden room with hot stones and steam, then beating your body with birch branches to stimulate circulation.
Banya steam provided physical relief but also went deep within to release emotional stress and blockages. The banya wasn't just about relaxation; it was about cleansing and enlivening the soul.
2) Where are we located - We are mobile business, so we could either come to your place (preferably outside of the city, on an acreage, secluded place) or we choose the destination ourselves by the river or in the woods
3) How to prepare for the banya - drink lots of fluids before, during and after the session, especially electrolytes. Don't eat a heavy meal, just light snacks before you come in. No alcohol or any other substance allowed. We also provide a traditional tea with lemon and honey during the session. Just be open minded to receive this unforgettable experience.
4) What if I have medical condition and not sure if I can use the banya - always ask your doctor or specialist before using hot/cold therapy
5) What else do we use in the banya - we use essential oils (confirming prior if not allergy existing), some music instruments (drums, singing bowl, flute). We also provide some special wool hats to cover your head to protect you from overheating
6) How hot is in the banya - the tempreture is always varies, depends on the weather outside. If its too hot for you, you can go outside and take as many breaks as you want. We also finish banya with cold plunges or with cold buckets of water to help to cool your body down
7) What about overnight camping and hunting tours - because each trip is unique and different, we ask you to contact us directly to discuss all the details
8) Payments and Cancellations - for banya events we take full payment before the event. If you cancel more than 7 days before the event we give you 80% money back, if less than 7 days we keep a credit for you to use the next time or you can transfer this to someone else. For overnight camping and hunting - we take a deposit of 50% two weeks prior to the event and collect the rest on the day of the trip. Cancellations will be reviewed on case by case basis
9) What other options you offer with the banya - we can customize each session with extras of your choice (massage therapy, sound therapy, invite special guests and speakers, do cacao or tea ceremony, deep breathing exercises, hypnotherapy, journaling and art therapy etc..) Please contact us before you schedule the banya for special requests
10) What is the maximum number of people for the banya session - the maximum we take 6 people plus the banya master per session. Minimum 4 people or we can customize the price for less than 4
11) Is your mobile banya for sale - yes you can purchase whole set, please contact us for the details and build time.
