Xeniya Danilov is a sound therapist (Level I and II). The music, as well as the sound practices conducted by Xeniya are based on the sound of crystal singing bowls, a rare and unusual instrument. This is a magical instrument, which has not only an enchanting sound, but also healing properties to the mind, body and soul.

My first encounter with the singing bowl was on the magical island of Hawaii, in a crystal store. I have never seen anything like it, and my heart was won by the fact that with one movement of the mallet around the bowl, the whole space was filled with the beautiful sound. It was love at first sight. I bought one bowl (Heart Chakra) first, explored the sound, its effect on the emotional state, the flow of thoughts, the body. I sounded along with the bowl, immersed myself in these vibrations, and was able to feel all the magic of the crystal sound on myself first. Then I took Sound Healing Courses to deepen my knowledge and bought a set of 7 Crystal Bowls for each chakra.

Not so long ago, gong and chimes came into my life - this is a different polarity of working with sound. I am a fan of sound and how it affects a person and how it can help him/her bring harmony to all areas of life.

Sound has the power to release energy blocked during emotional and physical trauma, resentment, conflict situations from early childhood. All of these blocks keep us from realizing our potential, expressing ourselves freely, and living every day in joy. Sound simultaneously affects the body, consciousness and subconscious, allowing you to quickly transform the human condition and bring harmony to all levels of being.

During a session the music is born in the flow, and first of all it is a reflection of the energy of the group, their requests, intentions and readiness for transformation. The magic of sound is such that all participants move towards their goal in a rhythm that is comfortable for them, and at the end of the seminar they feel peace, energy renewal and creative upsurge. Someone manages to get answers to their questions, and someone get important revelations for their future path.
